Coach Suhr is the founder of Suhr Sports. He has coached several national champions and record holders at the high school, college, and elite levels. He is the current coach of the American Record holder in the womans pole vault, Jennifer Stuczynski.

Coach Fritz is a USATF level II certified jumps coach. He has been the assistant coach with Suhr Sports since 2002, and is also the vault coach for the Rochester Institute of Technology.
